Mostly I’m interested in the human condition – who are we, why do we do what we do, how do we relate to each other and the world at large? How in the world did we end up thinking that ‘we’re all that and a bag of chips’?! And even, what’s after the Anthropocene?

For me, making art is just plain fun! Bright, intense color is joyful and exciting and texture that is tactile as well as visual is interesting. Creating things solidifies my thoughts and feelings and helps me to communicate them to those around me.
